Arches, angles and doors
Arched, circular, eyebrow and angled windows, French doors and sliders with bypass or bi-fold panels. Templated on site and built to the template, so the panel closes cleanly even when the opening is not square.
Old Pasadena and Sierra Madre windows are rarely square, and Arcadia builds love an arched transom. Both are everyday work for us.

Louver size
2½" for traditional and small windows, 3½" for the modern standard, 4½" for maximum view and light on big glass.
Hidden tilt
A rear tilt bar keeps the panel face clean. Or go traditional with a center rod for period homes.
Divider rails & panels
Split louvers top and bottom for privacy with light, and choose panel counts that suit the window proportions.

Daniel laser-measures every opening at top, middle and bottom, checks squareness and templates any arches or angles.

Design the panel layout
Louver size, panel count, divider rails, frame style, tilt type and finish. You see it drawn before we order.

Built to order
Each panel is built to your dimensions and finished in a dust-free booth. Stains and paints are color-matched to your samples. Your install date is in writing with the quote.

Install & fine-tune
Frames are fitted and shimmed plumb, panels hung, louvers tensioned and magnets aligned. We adjust until every panel closes with a soft click.

Shutters are the most custom thing we sell: every panel is built to your exact opening, then fitted and adjusted on site. When you approve your quote you get a firm installation date in writing rather than a rough range.
Painted wood for crisp whites and off-whites in most rooms. Stained wood when you want real grain matched to floors or trim, and for the widest panels. Composite for a painted look at a friendlier price and for bedrooms, offices and rentals. All three share the same louver sizes and frame styles.
Yes. Arches, circles, angles, eyebrows, French doors and sliding doors are all common. We template specialty shapes on site so the fit is exact.
Yes. Hidden (rear) tilt keeps the panel face clean and modern. Traditional center tilt rods are still available for period homes.

Shutters cost more up front but are a permanent, built-in improvement: they do not wear like a lift system, they clean easily and they suit the architecture of most San Gabriel Valley homes. For wet rooms or tight budgets, faux wood blinds are the sensible alternative and we will say so.
